✅ OPTION 1: With ABC Bake Cookie Mix Ingredients:

• ABC Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix (500g)
• 1 egg
• ¾ cup (85g) softened butter
• Few drops of vanilla essence (optional)
• Ice cream (vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry)

Steps:

1. Mix egg, butter & vanilla.
2. Add ABC Bake mix – combine into dough.
3. Roll into small balls & bake at 170°C for 10–15 min. Cool completely.
4. Add a scoop of ice cream between 2 cookies.
5. Freeze 15–20 min. Enjoy!

🍪 OPTION 2: From Scratch Ingredients:

• 1½ cups all-purpose flour
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ cup white sugar
• ½ cup brown sugar
• ¾ cup softened butter
• 1 egg
• ½ tsp vanilla essence
• ¾ cup chocolate chips
• Ice cream of your choice

Steps:

1. Cream butter, sugars, egg & vanilla.
2. Mix flour, soda, salt – combine into dough.
3. Fold in chocolate chips.
4. Scoop, place 2 inches apart, bake 170°C for 12–15 min. Cool.
5. Add ice cream between cookies. Freeze & serve!
